By downloading, accessing or using Debrief, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Debrief is developed and offered by Berkay Atik under the Mindnull Studio name.
Debrief is an iOS productivity application. Its main features include:
Important: Debrief uses automated speech recognition and artificial intelligence. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by you. Debrief does not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
Debrief is licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to Apple’s usage rules and applicable law.
Your recordings, transcripts and organised items remain yours. You grant only the limited permission needed to process that content and provide the feature you request.
The free version currently allows up to three recordings per week. Premium may include:
The exact features, limits and price of each offer are displayed in the app before purchase. The free allowance or future Premium offers may change, but mandatory consumer rights relating to an active paid period remain unaffected.

Current prices, billing periods, included features and any free trial are shown on the purchase screen and may vary by country or storefront.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the renewal price within 24 hours before the current period ends.
If a free trial is offered, its duration and the price charged after the trial are shown before purchase. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the plan converts to the paid subscription shown on the purchase screen.
You can manage or cancel a subscription from:
iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Debrief
Cancellation stops future renewals. Premium access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Apple processes all payments and decides refund requests under its policies. Refunds may be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. Debrief does not receive your payment-card details or process App Store refunds directly.
Use “Restore Purchases” in Debrief while using the Apple Account that made the original purchase.
“Lifetime” means access to the included Premium features for as long as Debrief remains available and technically supported. It is not a promise that the app or any third-party processing service will operate forever.
Debrief sends audio and transcripts to the service providers described in the Privacy Policy so it can transcribe and organise your content. By starting a recording after the in-app notice, you request this processing.
Speech recognition may mishear names, numbers or words. The language model may omit an item, assign the wrong person or date, or create an inaccurate summary. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting the result before relying on it.
Do not use Debrief as the only record for legal deadlines, medical instructions, financial decisions, emergencies, safety-critical work or any situation in which an error could cause serious harm.

The Privacy Policy explains how recordings, transcripts, processing context, purchase data, calendar access and support requests are handled. Saved Debrief content is stored locally on your device; online transcription and organisation use third-party processing services.
Debrief’s software, design, branding, website and original content are owned by Berkay Atik or the relevant licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
Cloud transcription, AI organisation, purchase verification and some other features require an internet connection and third-party services. Debrief does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Reasonable duration, file-size, rate and usage limits may be applied to maintain security, reliability and operating costs.
Features may be updated, replaced, suspended or discontinued. Where practical, material changes will be announced through the app, this website or the App Store listing.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
You may stop using Debrief at any time. Access to online processing may be limited or suspended if use of the service violates these Terms, threatens the service or another person, bypasses technical limits or creates legal risk.
These Terms are between you and Berkay Atik, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Debrief. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the provisions that apply to them and may enforce those provisions.
The Apple Standard EULA and Apple Media Services terms also apply where relevant. If Debrief fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price where required by its terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you use Debrief as a consumer, this choice does not remove any mandatory rights or protections available under the law of your country of residence.
These Terms may be updated when the app, its offers, service providers or applicable law changes. The “Last Updated” date will be revised when changes are made. Material changes will be communicated in the app where appropriate.
